Refund Policy

TRANSPARENT & FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE

Cancellation 
If the customer chooses to cancel the service before any diagnostics (as included in the package) has taken place, she/he will be entitled to a 100% refund (if they had made the payments at the time of booking the appointment).

Refunds 
If, due to some reason, the diagnostics (as included in the package) is not processed, the user will have a choice to re-schedule the diagnostics or request for a complete refund. MyDiagnostics ( a unit of Pytheos Health Systems) will bear all the costs for re-scheduling of diagnostics or provide the refunds for the test (within 7 working days), as requested by the user.
