All specimens reach designated laboratory within 12 to 48 hours’ time frame as per WHO-IATA guidelines wherein the barcoded vial is the primary receptacle, the thermocol box with frozen cool packs is the secondary receptacle and the outer cardboard box is the tertiary receptacle. All specimens are also checked for factors like hemolysis, clotting, samples without barcodes, leakages, lipemia, wrong vials, etc. and only those samples which pass through the pre-analytical checks are taken for processing.
We deploy high-quality, qualified, trained phlebotomy workforce who collects test specimen from the comfort of your home. All our phlebotomist are either B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology). We invest in continuous training and technology to ensure that on-time quality services are delivered consistently.
