We deploy qualified, trained and experienced phlebotomy workforce who collects test specimen from the comfort of your home.
All our phlebotomist are either B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology). We invest in continuous training and technology to ensure that on-time quality services are delivered consistently
All specimens reach designated laboratory within 12 to 48 hours time frame as per WHO-IATA Guidelines wherein the (1) barcoded vial is the primary receptable, (2) the thermocool box with frozen cool packs is the secondary receptable and (3) the outer cardboard box is the tertiary receptable.
All specimens are also checked for factors like hemolysis, clotting, samples without barcodes, leakages, lipemia, wrong vials etc. Only those samples which pass through the Pre-Analytical checks are taken for processing
NABL & CAP are the highest quality certifications for the laboratory. NABL is given for individual tests where as CAP is certified on the facility. All our tests are NABL accredited.
