                        Benefits of Aiwo GLYCINE

                        Brain Health

Aiwo GLYCINE acts as a neurotransmitter which helps in the production of serotonin , the "feel-good" hormone that elevates mood, enhances the quality of sleep through its calming effects on the brain, and enhances memory and thinking. It also regulates dopamine transmission to lower cortisol levels which controls stress, anxiety and depression.

                        Liver Health

Aiwo GLYCINE helps in the liver pathway for the production of glutathione biosynthesis which protects the liver from alcohol-induced damage, increases insulin sensitivity, crucial roles in the detoxification and antioxidant systems of cells which protects against oxidative stress, cell damages.

                        Nerve Health

Aiwo GLYCINE acts as a neurotransmitter with the ability to be both excitatory and inhibitory, including stimulating brain and nervous system activity, or to calm it. It reduces heart rate when the sympathetic nervous system is activated so it lowers body core temperature and blood pressure which prevents heart attack.

                        Muscle health

Aiwo GLYCINE protects muscle mass and functions under pathological conditions. In addition, mitochondrial dysfunction in skeletal muscle leads to increased cellular serine and glycine production and activation of NADPH-generating pathways and glutathione metabolism. Glycine helps in making Creatine which muscles with energy to perform quick, short bursts of activity, such as weightlifting and sprinting.
